In response to the call of a friend from John Sullivan's CHILI (Chili Heads Ignivomous League International), here comes the first blog post of A&A Asian Food Store - a recipe of spicy Chinese Dan Dan Noodles!

However, the first thing came to my mind was: "OMG, how is it possible to make Dan Dan noodles at home here in Estonia while most of the ingredients cannot be found?" So I started searching, found this one-stop solution, and imported the product to Estonia!

One package contains noodles and 3 bags of ingredients. Now one can enjoy the authentic Dan Dan noodles at home in simple 3 steps:

1. Warm the sauce. Put the sauce bag into a bowl, and soak it in hot water for 3 minutes.
2. Cook the noodles. Cook noodles in boiling water. 4-5 minutes.
3. Mix everything. Get out the noodles and put them into a bowl. Mix the noodles with the sauce, the peanuts, and the oil. 

Tips:
Top with minced pork, green veggies, more crushed peanuts if you like, and green onions. Mix and enjoy 😋
